Service is excellent, attentive, and like the ambiance. But a lot of room for enhancement for the grade of food, specifically the beef tenderloin purchased, given the purchase price point.The menus is quite extensive, so will undoubtedly be back again.

Disappointed.Buffet lunch inside Might/June 2022.6 adults 2 kids.Food types is limited, very little option. Seem all small sections. Never familiar with buffet lunch, just have 2 sections, extremely disappointed.Food taste, much less expected. I'd say like the normal retails regular.Service: we weren't given the menu or even info of Food plans. Seems odd if you ask me. The waiter display us the desk, yes, done. Amazingly tea is chargeable! Children wished to eat ice lotion, you then have to await the menus!Ambience: for a resort standard. Nothing special.General experience, bad service and food had not been reach to the typical. Definitely will not return back again!

Nous avons pris les menus avec 9 plats dont le menu du chef, nous avons completeé un agrécapable moment grâce à un service à table irréprochable, de belles découvertes et de délicates attentions. Néanmoins le prix reste trop élevé par rapport au position voulu par rapport à l'établissement.

I always get back to their Sunday buffet. Everyday can be fresh and introduced beautifully, although there isn't a great selection of hot food.

There are two forms of buffets; one that targets quantity over high quality, and one that targets quality over volume. Kampachi EQ will be neither. They play the role of the latter however the high quality will be below expectations, specifically for the purchase price.Their prawn, unagi, and tuna had small powdery texture. This means they were definately not being fresh.

Would never arrive here again! We had been already seated by among their hostess and has been ready to purchase but obtained kicked out because my companion was wearing sandals that is ridiculous as the rest folks (my mom, sister and I) had been also in slippers! However the dress code just pertains to guys.. The cafe didn’t have even much clients and was nevertheless insistent on kicking us out. Very poor customer service!!!!

Proceeded to go for Saturday buffet to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Incredibly gradual service. Kept really missing out orders. Could be because of lack of manpower. Quite often our desk were empty. Could acknowledge much longer waiting time if foods were nice however the issue had been, they weren't. The meals were just mediocre at greatest, some were only edible. Unacceptable for a buffet charging as of this price (RM 238 per grownup)Specifically,- Sashimi were hot and powdery (like the one slice each per guest superior sashimi). Didn't taste fresh.- Part & taste for Kani Ashi Tempura (limited high quality dish) was a tale.- Tempura had been all lukewarm- All beef products tasted gamey (like the superior dish)- Most dishes had been under seasoned- Chawanmushi, assorted fruit, Yuzu sorbet had been nice- You would believe that green tea will be FOC for a pricey buffet program but nope. We had been billed RM7 each for the green tea extract.I tried the majority of the popular Japanese buffet obtainable in Klang valley and I have already been looking forward to try out Kampachi buffet for the longest period. This visit is a complete disappointment.

We have been on short stop by at Kuala and my children are booked at EQ resort. We arrived past due so we discovered this Japanese cafe just behind concierge . The meals is Super delicious! Foods is fantastic! sushi that melts in the mouth area , and the eating place has amazing inside and exterior design, excellent ambiance, very clear, and plus factor will be the courteous personnel. My boy had some questions concerning the background of the resort and something staff lady was therefore helpful in the info. Overall , 5 celebrity is well deserved!
