Away from the town center but attracts its reasonable discuss of Japanese clientele. No menus here, so it is all omakase style - simply state which price works for you personally and any food allergy symptoms or dislikes. And ready to be amazed! It is a nondescriptlocation but value for money.

We visited Kame Sushi, the Hartamas branch, for a particular night out with close friends and booked the personal room. As we were buying our foods, the Manager was therefore condescending to us that people were shocked. We purchased their finest cuts of beef (besidestheir Omakase), and he informed us in no uncertain conditions that their beef had been "up there" (along with his palm in the atmosphere showing a higher degree of beef presumably) and we won't be able to cover it. We then certain him that yes, we wish to purchase the beef make sure you. He previously to cheek to questioned if we were sure?? And reminded us once again that the beef we generally eat elsewhere will be "down there" (his palm lowered to point the beef "elsewhere"). Aghast, we were. In no way going back.

This restaurant has moved from its previous place of being on the floor floor of a large part shoplot to an intermediate first floor. Seating is bound, and contains 3 private dining areas. Please book prior to going. The meals remains good, new and interesting. Theservice prompt sufficient reason for a smile. When there is something to pick, it's the overall ventilation; we still left carrying the odor of the restaurant around.

From the road this eating place in Desa Sri Hartamas isn't obvious, located first floor. All around us were nearby japanese visitors seated,to enjoy authentic japanese meals from a specialist, who enjoys the mix of intricate flavours. The laundry were introduced to us as werewe judges in a competitors.

Ask fir the 7 course Omakase meals served by the chef.the chef will send the right path an array of his choice of meals carefully selected and distributed in 7 courses, that small place situated on the initial floor of a constructing is really a true gem. Thesashimi will be fresh and each training course is a different encounter for the palet.as soon as in KL ensure that you try Kame sushi

We have heard a whole lot regarding Kame Sushi for a long period nonetheless it was only lately when We had the chance to go to this restaurant. Initially impression, it appeared as if an extremely casual and previous fashioned Japanese restaurant. In no way one wouldcall it an excellent dine nor top quality dining but the foods they served were certainly at the top. I think Omakase is the greatest way to flavor what the Chef will be good at. The laundry were properly done in an exceedingly subtle manner. Pricing sensible, it isn't inexpensive at all but certainly worth the money.

I met up having an outdated buddy of mine for supper at Kame and both of us sat at the bar counter. The cafe was full using its fair talk about of Jap customers and locals. An excellent sign perhaps? We ordered their priciest omakase ontheir menu. What followed really was typical sushi in my own books. The cooked seafood in consomme had been over cooked, a lot of the sashimi has been nothing special, simply thicker cuts and i request myself how could it be omakase once you get offered sashimi first and later nigiri with exactly the same reduce of fish? What ability is that? Furthermore, i noticed the Jap clientele being served another menu from what we'd, dissapointing to say minimal and will probably not return.

Leave it in order to the Chef to last with 7 program meal. Range between RM200 - RM400, simply indicate the purchase price and quality dinner will undoubtedly be served accordingly.

Most severe omakase we ever endured! I wished I experienced taken some photos showing proof. There is one dish offered to us just prawn mind shell - fried! I didn’t know japan omakase anticipated their patron to consume prawn shells. Another most severe observation was, japan couple who sat close to us paid exactly the same cost but get better distribute than us ! What double standard therapy is certainly this? For a eating place that serve only omakase that has been is highly priced , shouldn't be situated in the “slump” searching shoplot in Hartamas! A classic disappointment ! Never been therefore upset on a eating experience !

It''s Omakase but also for this restaurant it might be prudent to obtain chef to outline what he fancies for you personally (our big error for not asking). We received average Japanese meals at exorbitant prices, beneath the disguise of Omakase. We believed we had been safepicking the mid cost 7 course arranged (RM600 for just two 2 pax) but had been amazed by 2 of the laundry - fried prawn mind shell (yes, simply shell) & 2 pcs of peach! Setting is poor - solution to entrance is really a dirty shop great deal stairways and eating deco is typical of Japan dining places for guy of the street. To create it worse, the international servers cannot communicate. Money is properly spent to end up being when Omakase delights you, this place offers you bad surprises.
