I had an unbelievable time as of this JW Marriott for my 7 days stay static in Kaula Lumpur. Came here on go back to United kingdom from Indonesian holiday. I'm a frequent consumer of Marriott and Hilton and chose this due to location. The greeting was excellent when i was in the queue and because I'm a Marriott Precious metal member they showed me to the exec lounge to check on in. There the assistance was excellent, received an upgrade because of membership position and the area was excellent - modern, extremely comfortable and beautiful. I had a need to change the reserving from 2 to at least one 1 day when i was returning each day earlier and found exec lounge to set up. Nevertheless, they had a problem doing this,- after 30 mins of asking managers how to proceed and not having the ability to, they questioned me to deliver a a contact to customer support ( that are closed on the weekend!). Anyhow, as the staff were aside attempting to sort it, We went in to the Bonvoy App, cancelled my 2 time reservation and rebooked one day - something the personnel couldn't perform - or knew that maybe it's done!! The lifts have become frustrating - requiring cards and aborting partway through the lift having to to redo or escape and start again. Excellent position for shopping. Breakfast has been very good and a cushty stay, made much better by the staff.
