Pairing almost close to perfect with nasi lemak is Malaysian’s very own teh tarik and this cultural and culinary interactive experience to make this combo out of scratch is an absolute fun that’s at the same time therapeutically relaxing.

A few days before my flight to KL from Sydney, I received an email inviting me to partake in a nasi lemak and teh tarik making workshop at a place called Green Tomato Cafe. The name rang a bell, and I later realised that it was the same place that did batik workshops. Of course, my trusted website buddy came along with me. We were both really impressed with cafe's environment, one that would make many nature lovers envious, as they had lush greenery from the matured trees in their compound. Provided a breath of fresh air from the hustle and bustle of the city, just a stone's throw away.

Good food, good coffee, good environment. Homemade cake is very good and delicious. Would come again to enjoy a cup of coffee. Love the environment the most.

I love the coffee and the food here , fair price and quality food. Children can do the batik workshop and easy for parents to enjoy the coffee

best place for batik art workshop and meanwhile having cup of coffee. i found this is something special, always not enough time, at least kill two birds in one stone.
