Purchased Warm Milk Tea (Earl grey).Saw the man who made my purchase included ice to make my drink. THEREFORE I highlighted to the girl at cashier and he simply removed the ice however the drink is cool.Then along with the instruction from the girl at the counter, he simply changed the cup and pour a few of the cold content within and mix with add-on tea.It’s the Most severe milk tea I've ever tasted. Very first, I ordered cozy but it’s Not comfy at all and It’s SO diluted!It’s terrible..

Worst Gong cha I've actually tasted. The pearls are usually so sweet and tough. Despite requesting for 30% sweetness, it still flavor 100%. The milk flavor like soya milk. There's zero oolong flavor in the tea. Might have been fake Gong Cha franchise

The cashier didn't pay attention to my request. Wished to redeem beverages with voucher but find yourself I have to pay because they didn't noticed what I said.

The cashier was really rude to the client. They didn’t admit their fault even though they did. We've two vouchers to state. They scanned two of our vouchers and achieved it twice for reasons uknown. The scanner read one among the voucher plus they didn’t even observe us about this. We finished up paying more cash for two beverages. When I myself pointed out that we finished up paying a lot more, they accused us as our error and didn’t actually make an apology. Also worst they argue around like they never perform any wrongdoings. The administration should do something to deal with their clients. We were so dissatisfied by this.
