Surprisingly taste so excellent! I purchased buttercream latte as recommended by barista and I include extra photo (opkosss). Drooling. They just use espresso from sumatera.

Their coffee Sea Salt Caramel Machiato is among my favourite. Crews will be friendly.The only real things I'd love more is should they have a little seating for an instant drink.

The thin Malay lady at the cashier who takes orders is indeed rude & puts on a sour face. She foretells customers like speaking with an enemy.I'm constantly an extremely easygoing & polite client but I just need to compose this complaint.Please involve some basic manners, at the very least to a good customer who did nothing at all bad. You having a negative day will not mean it is possible to treat people rudely. Therefore so dissatisfied. Thank god she's not really the one who produced our drink. It could have tasted bad.

Very bad customer support. Asked for tips for strong and nice espresso, barista said all beverages are lovely. Asked for extra sizzling, langsung tak hirau.Won't obtain this kiosk again.

Gotta trust another reviewer concerning the sour-faced lady. I’ve already been debating whether to create this review for a few months, but I thought probably it was simply me who was simply imagining this woman being therefore rude. But I assume not, huh?I REALLY LIKE the coffee items at Gigi, but my knowledge at KL Gateway is indeed much suffering from that girl. I'm always a bit nervous each time I appear to the counter, I never ever understand if she’s gonna end up being her default-placing moody, or More moody. Her demeanor is similar to the work is indeed beneath her, like she actually is so done and may not care much less. But because I really like the coffee so very much, sometimes I love to check the universe’s luck. Thank heavens for GrabFood, because I could order without considering her encounter!Gigi, you GOTTA do something positive about this poorly behaved customer-facing barista.
