Food tastes good, but the portion is really small despite the price. From the photo it looks really big but when the dish came I couldn't believe it. Can you believe this dish is around rm20? And my palm is relatively small compared to others so here is the comparison of the size of the dish. Even if it tasted good I'm never coming back again.

Some say the best Japanese dining experience is omasake and that freshness is ultimately the only precision to a good Japanese cuisine. There is no doubt that Eatomo at Desa Petaling gets a good reputation when it comes to fresh fish, there is still something more than just that to define a good Japanese meal.

My poke bowl craving was there when I ordered it... Its big in portion worth the price .. however lacked the customization oh well... and a lil spicy (they could add an option Spicy / non spicy) Price for the Sashimi is nearly worth it for 10 Slices at RM19.90 - its fresh and all.. only if it's slightly thicker.. just nice ..

Really like the ambiance and service. Attentive waitress and friendly. The food is not very amusing. Disappointing I must say. Poke bowl is okay. Guacamole spoils the taste. Limited choices for the poke bowl. I also had the beef udon and it was sour. Udon was over cooked.

This place is packed With some of the freshest, most pristine seafood in the city, try the massago pasta, mussels, and wide array of oysters. And don't forget the sakura cake afterwards for dessert.

I was surprised to see the rating here. It deserves better, from my experience. A mix of hits and misses, but worthy of visits. The salmon sashimi was silky and smooth, definitely fresh despite served in plastic boxes. The fried enoki was cooked well, battered enough for flavour. It was my bro's favourite. The mussels in the claypan was delectable; meaty with yummy sauce. Sauce yummy that we dried the claypan. My first introduction to poke bowl and it was well mixed although a bit messy and small. The grilled salmon head was tasty but small (the promo of buy one free one makes it appropriate). The sakura raindrop cake was disappointing; too solid and flavours didn't excite.Service was friendly. Ambiance was market-like. Price above average, depending on what you order. Overall, a good place for sashimi and mussels.

They were having some oyster promo and we decided to get a dozen of it. It turns out to be pretty fresh. Unagi Don (RM23.90). A friend had this and it looks really ugly and pathetic. I thought it'd be nice to have onsen / vegetables to make it look less ugly?. Gyudon (RM17.90). A little effort to the dish, but boy those are the lowest grade crappy beef. I wouldn't order this ever again.

Great food. Cool little cafe Jap and Californian fusion. A lot of fresh seafood on the menu. We tried the spicy beef tongue bowl, masago pasta, pokebowl and the unagi rice bowl. All were very yummy. The spicy beef tongue was my favourite. Also had chicken wings - very tender and juicy. Would be better served with a spicy mayo dip. Beer super cold. Service very good. Prices fairly reasonable. Could get a little noisy when packed due to the bare furnishings and walls. I would definitely come back.

Fresh Oysters and Ocean trout sashimi that don't burn my wallet. This is the only place that don't sell oyster in half-dozen or one dozen.  Rm7.9/ per pc is damn cheap! Try their poke bowl, its very unique. Love their environment and their service is great. definitely will come back again!
