That is my 2nd stop by at this shop. I love their ramen. The flavor reminds me of ramen in Japan. Must attempt!

I actually enjoyed the daruma don, good portion, high quality and freshness. Also 3 levels of eating: starting basic, after that with some garnish and lastly pouring in the seafood stock for soupy surface finish.
