The meals is nice which is my first visit with family.. my hubby choose this location said that the meals here is good.. yes i admit it really is nice.. however when arrived at purchase taking the waiter believe us as typical customer which will understand how they serve the meals.. we began to choose poultry and seafood.. we don’t recognize that it includes rice set.. we actually took rice separately however the waitor don’t cease us as well as say anything concerning the established if we pick the chicken and seafood.. we ordered 1poultry and 1 seafood but turns out arrived 2 chickens and 1 fish rice set.. we've currently taken the rice individually yet somehow we don’t turn out with any complain of miscommunication concerning the set.. the personnel must have yet to dual confirm with us concerning the rice fixed while we have been taking the rice individually.. they simply assume us to learn everything concerning the menu.. customer support very unpleasant because they don’t possess any hard work or gut to state “sorry cik, ayam dan ikan datang skali dengan arranged nasi ya”.. plus product we purchased some didn’t been provide to us however we be patience.. (may be counted in the costs as my hubby don’t wana prolong the argument).. the client in the house hardly any and not occupied.. there is absolutely no excuse why therefore late serving for all of us.. while my hubby desire to pay the expenses still yet desire to argue with us concerning the items that both celebration miscommunication.. the dog owner should serve nicely to customer like arrived at the table and notice what’s on the customer’s table.. not really cover up staff errors and place the blame on the client.. the girl owner even said uncomfortable statement to my hubby which i think because the proprietor should’nt have mentioned that.. at last my hubby said simply spill out the costs and he will pay out all.. the cashier don’t even turn out the receipt of the things been charge.. quite disappointing of first encounter here i wouldn’t do it again to this place any more.. for myself i'd tell all food restaurant proprietor and staff please function well to consumer and be fair for just about any circumstances..
