Focusing on (halal) dim sum offerings, China treasures is really a Chinese muslim cafe located in the concealed enclave of the sime darby convention center offering an array of good tasting dim sum plus main ala-carte meals in a lovely atmosphere, at premium costs (RM 13 and over for each plate). China treasures suffers terribly in its timing (taking on to 2 hrs to serve their range of dim-sum). Two choices of dining are for sale to their lunchtime dim-sum, 1st being the ala-carte design, where I'd pay by every bowl of dim sum I purchased, or I could pick the buffet style, that is RM68 per individual- allowing me to purchase just as much as I want. The options are wide right here, but all will be written in phrases on a bit of paper. I'd have valued illustration of these menu in images, which would have managed to get simpler for ordering and choices, because so many things were nearly unfamiliar or unheard to my information. Most dim sum locations in the klang valley offers illustrated menus. As aforementioned this areas suffers from period coordination. It took 20 minutes to allow them to provide out the initial plate, and an additional 15 minutes from then on first plate for another plate, and so etc. I experienced that the eating place management was disorganized making use of their buying and delivering system, plus some of the dim sum arrived luke warm or cool, rather than being steaming hot, & most plates came as well slow or individually, that is uncommon for dim sum design of eating. I honesty sensed that the restaurant must organize its employees and ordering insurance firms 2 servers in-charge of each 5-6 tables, rather than having every server simply spread over the whole dining area. There were at the very least 10 staff within my visit, but the support felt like there is just 2 servers, since every server has been scrambling around different locations and was obtaining orders confusing. The flavor of the dim sum can be good, with the har kau (scallops and shrimp dumpling) plus some of the fried choice like the wanton covered prawn with mushroom getting actually delicious. Parking was totally free and simple, as its situated within the convention center building. As long as they improve on the speed of services I would reconsider coming back, as the place was thoroughly clean, neat and properly decorated. It also housed 4 personal dining rooms.
