#15 - HK sausage & salted poultry steam rice is very good, although the prepare is really a bit haphazard. Some times good some days therefore so. But still among my favs.

Must try the Hot & Sour Heavy Vermicelli Soup wit Braised Ox Soup, add vinegar & chilli Padi to the soup. It's freaking amazing & appetizing. Must obtain the Ox brisket & not really the others!

It is a HK style "char chan teng". The several variants of steamed rice with poultry and pork are fine. So may be the pork chop and egg with rice. Purchase the ice jelly fruit cocktail and milk tea as well.
