Summary: Good meals and incredible meats, but it is a bit pricey. Their asado chef is usually boss as hell, and a learn of meats and temp. Everything was just flawlessly cooked.Char Line focuses on charcoal grilling meat, but with that since your specialty, I'd have expected more variety within meats offered. These days, they sold out of these Wagyu Flank so we're able to only pick the sirloin and rump for steaks (plus a little 150g Oyster blade that was >$110). Yes, they will have some non-beef choices, but everybody knows we're right here for steak.Having said that, we tried the duck, the quesadillas and the oyster blade plus they were all very great.The quesadillas said they used manchego, nonetheless it appeared like a far milkier, less aged cheese. If you want the flavor of dairy, you'll adore this. I'd have favored the salsa to become more sour instead of sweet, but it's nevertheless an excellent dish overall, though given that they use a sort of beef jerky instead of real meat, it appears costly at 45$.Duck had been perfectly cooked and the dragonfruit chutney (more of the jam) was actually an ideal compliment - a little sweet, a little sour but not an excessive amount of either. ExcellentThe oyster blade has been decadent for sure, even though i believed the yuzu butter had been a touch too yuzu, no question this was tasty. At 115rm for 150g, it much better become!Anyway, good food, however the pricing is a little bit stiff. I depart it for you to decide whether it's worthwhile! Hope they have more cuts of steak!
