The eating experience was instead unsatisfactory compared to the expense of the meal for 4.(1) We wished to sit within but had been told tables were reserved. Yet nobody resulted in during our entire food time of one hour, and from our observation there have been numerous empty tables inside. Just what exactly was occurring?(2) getting our orders has been challenging because they are short employees. Looking to get the waiter's interest was soooo hard. Had to visit the front door to obtain the waiter's interest. Have QR codes up for grabs for customers to put their orders being an interim solution.(3) the tapas wasn't tapas I've had within other Spanish dining places (surprise!), electronic.g. Cheese fries had been wonderful but tasted similar to something you'd reach a tex-mex place instead of Spanish. Overall the tapas meals we ordered tasted fine (but that may be due to food cravings).(4) the Iberico ribs fell of the bone. Lovely. Only issue an excessive amount of sauce. It's Iberico ribs, it is possible to serve the excess sauce privately, if needed.One savior was our waiter was good, and one could already have a discussion with him. If you're the owner and so are having meals there at the moment, certainly you would check up on yr customers. In the end they are spending money on the meal.I'd provide it a 3.5 celebrities but as there's none, I've rounded it right down to 3 stars.

Very bad service, specifically Philippines's girls terrible attitude .. if administration see this evaluation please do something.. because previously I'm a regular customer.. however now I banned to proceed .Not recommended cafe ..there have plenty of choice there like Five o'clock or the Farm...

Went there yesterday foods quality was very poor , we ordered grilled salmon and charcoal grilled poultry plus they were fried not grilledordered cabonara pork came in a single hour half an hour and was therefore bland that people asked to get back and obtain it fixedthe only positive thing was the server Mr Saurab who served all of us with a smile, . in addition the price on menus is stated different so when expenses comes the costs are differentcut throat charges for horrible food. very disappointed

It's a great pub to sit and revel in the encompassing ambience. Drinks is okay provided you seriously days once the bartender isn't off else they don't have cocktails plus they purchase it fr another shop. The tapas meals was average when i missed it had a lot flavour. Ordered swimming prawns that was very bland, paella was typical and octopus tasted weird. Service was okay. Portions are huge designed to be shared.

Nice selection of Spanish tapas dishes. All of the dishes were good dimension for discussing with a desk of four or five 5 individuals. Entrees were also great. Service was just a little slow, however they seemed brief staffed night we have there been. Cafe itself and the sphere region have become nice. Had decent level of wines available aswell. Would definitely return back.

Came completely over for a few tapas, attained 12:20pm and was told that their kitchen area requirements another 45mins to prepare yourself. I checked Search engines (says open at 12pm) prior to making the decision ahead all the way right here for tapas. Waster trip. Didn't even reach try their food.

Please teach your waitress to become polite and pleasant. Michelle includes a terrible mindset where she lacks customer support and is quite rude! Second time right here and this will undoubtedly be our last. She's no regard for the clients and handled us as if we have been forcing her to function. Food is merely average, some meals were salty and will be overpriced.

Took lengthy to serve the meals. Total dining hours: 2 hours. There’s one old shorter woman waitress who was simply so rude, my pal bought drinking water bottle from outside for his child, the waitress instantly showed black encounter and took aside all of the empty glasses from us, not that people didnt order beverages from you men. It had been extremely rude inside our eyes. Also it was total good sense to offer spoons for your clients who purchased rice, the girl unwillingly passed one arranged and then us. First and certainly last visit. Please inquire your cooks in open cooking area to wear masks correctly.

Great location for a drinks during the night. Really like the lively atmosphere right here. Even outdoor seated nonetheless it doesn't feel as well warm.The beverages is affordable in comparison to a great many other bar in KL. The cocktail flavor good.Staff is quite attentive.
