The atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing..the infant chair was superb also it was quite comfortable for my daughter since she didnt complain..however to purchase the meals it did take the time...my friends had to hold back so long on her behalf butter chicken to reach..overall the foodwasnt excellent and tasty..the chicken for the chicken rice dish was too much (over cooked), the butter chicken tasted like sourish gravy.... i wont be going to this place again since it wasnt worth the amount of money for me.

Came here for a few local foods with my children, large dish sizes, that is great if your hungry, if a searching for a snack, be sure you order to talk about! Slightly more costly but nonetheless ok, good adornments and a lot of seating available

we visited bens publika yesterday (6 Nov 2022 around 12.30pm). we ordered 2 spaghetti, 1 lasagna, 1 seafood n chips and 1 meats sandwich. obtained our orders appropriately and we requested for grated cheese for the spaghetti. we'd to request from 3 differentwaiters (a malay boy and 2 women) however in vain. i waited to 2 hours, merely to be told that 3 waiters forgot our obtain cheese.by the end of the day we'd to obtain the speghettis to become wrapped for eliminate.not just that, despite gesturing many period for the waiter ahead and present us bill, we'd to stroll to the counter and tell them that people are leaving and obtain take away because nobody seems bother arriving at our desk asking if we are in need of anything despite our countless effort of contacting them. we noticed the waiters arrive and go washing the tables all around us and amusing some other clients but they appears to ignore us. we've been to bens publika often since we live close by but yesterday the assistance was super poor and rude.please consider this matter when i believe the way the waiter treat clients is very important to get good reputation.
