A must try out of Ikan Batin cooked with temboyak. It really is spicy but in no way understand that steamed with temboyak paste (durian) taste so excellent. I'm not durian individual but love the dish. Thumbs up!

We had an excellent food at the Azmi Steam Seafood restaurant we Kuala Lipis. A reside/refreshing catfish from the not far from river was ready in two various ways (half and fifty percent). Half in a very tasty durian flavored sauce, another fifty percent in a moreneutral flavored sauce ... but additionally excellent. The fish was associated with popular steamed rice, crunchy veggies, and nice chilled carbonated drinks (orange and cucumber). Because of the wonderful and smiling waitress recommending the nice dishes to us, also to the kitchen planning it so tasty.
