The service was friendly and fast. Costs are much like that of Kuala Lumpur - that is to state by small town specifications, it isn't cheap. Food is good sufficiently. The Loh Mee doesn't taste just like the one in Penang but seems a bitmore like shark fins' soup. The counter markets biscuits if you wish to buy biscuits quickly. While that is an ok location, it isn't one to go completely for.

Following a day's out splashing at the Sg. Pertak waterfall, we halted by the restoran for lunch time. Small town restaurant, flavor was okay. Individually i luv the mee with the large prawns.

Along the way back from Freser hill we drop by Kuala Kubu baru for later lunch. We reach city city around 1.45pm. Notice lots of people in this store and we made a decision to eat our lunch time in this restaurant. We purchase loh mee, hokkian noodle, andkau gui mee hon. Fried meats roll. The meals is delicious, specifically the kau gui fried mee hon, kids furthermore enjoy it. The hokkian noodle will be house make noodle, taste far better then the normal hokkian noodle we consume, loh mee taste good aswell. Our family benefit from the food. Can eat there once again for next visit.

It had been crowded on a past due afternoon because so many of another eateries in KKB have closed, thus we ordered the signature Lor Mee and the cantonese braised Ee-Fu Mee for the quick lunch time before heading up Fraser's Hill. We find both meals tasted ratherbland, and the Lor Mee doesn't have much ingradient as opposed to those we have been used to in Singapore. The only real silver lining has been the medial side dish of fried beancurd epidermis filled up with fish paste which includes excellent textures.

I had the satisfaction of dropping by Xin Yuen Kee for my breakfast in KKB. We purchased the lor mee, the petai (stink bean) beehoon, the seafood cake, and the poultry foot with mushrooms. The meals was tasty; the lor mee got a vinegary tangunfamiliar if you ask me as a KLite, but this didn't detract from its pleasure, as the petai beehoon had been unique and delightful. A lot more than that, the proprietor and employees were a lot more friendly and useful than I am utilized to in KL, they even required the time to inform me where Rehman Rashid (the famous Malaysian writer and the primary reason I found KKB) resided, and fondly recounted their remembrances of him. I would suggest this place for those who stopping in KKB for breakfast or even lunch (they're closed by dinnertime).

The very best fried pork belly I've ever endured! Simple place with great foods. The Singapore Bee Hoon and Fried Rice may also be good. Good and helpful service.

We horrible experience indeed. We emerged in several 8 & ready to split our team with three or four 4. However the lady owner basically won't serve seeing our team. She further informed her staff never to entertain us & stroll off. Veryarrogant.
