Ayam pedas tak rasa pedas langsung. Coleslaw saya ditukar tanpa diberitahu. KFC hubungi saya katanya pepsi dah habis, saya minta nak tukar kepada revive, sekali dapat mirinda. Saya sangat kecewa sebab servis teruk. Mohon perbaiki. I rate one star because at the very least i've some food on my table.

Staffs are so helpful. Kind enough to check out all requests. Even online orders, they in a position to follow all instructions precisely. Kudos to KFC KipMart!

Food was okay. but among the staff like very rude. me among the pickup cust and might work invest kipmall also. When im can be found in into kfc i believe she actually is the manager there. jerit dari belakang.she ask her staff suruh dia scan dulu. i was okay laa if dia cakap elok2 but dia jerit. U tak pergi customer support ke. yes its my fault but satu je cara percakapan and teguran tu biar elok. kau perempuan kan. kfc please notice me and tolong bagi dia training customer support yang baik. so takde lagi org lain yang akan kene .

staff didnt learn how to smile. Poultry taste very salty, in addition they give my pepsi beverage half. Forgot to say, idk why my poultry taste diffrences from regular hot and spicy poultry. Taste like curry results in, salty, and dried. In addition they changed my fries to 3 bits of wedges without telling me they dont have any fries. Lol!
