Pros: Great buffet fall into line! Cons: Zero attentive welcome greeting by the Cafe Sponsor; Cooks chatted with one another on guests' appearances; Floor staffs hardly grin; appeared to focus much by themselves Monday Blues; Inconsistent about standby chef by the Dessert station. Overall, everyoneexpected Hyatt's knowledge; which apparently, very little. Doorman of the Resort were very attentive though, smiled, and greeted both 'Welcome' and 'Thank You'. A for that. Seems like you can find no functioning spirit among procedure staffs level. I am hoping the management kindle good spirits to them.

Excellent buffet main program here - we adored the satay beef and the big buttered prawns, and the ambience was conducive for informal buffet. However the desserts & fruits need significant enhancement, seeing it really is pricier than almost every other hotels that offer these athigher specifications. Have no idea if it was since it was another day of CNY however the service had not been of the most common Hyatt Regency criteria and the washroom stank. Wide selection of food from Malaysian,Chinese,Indian,Italian well-known dishes and much more.Salads certainly are a desire.The desserts may also be of both nearby and international flavour and immpossible to resist.Services is quite commendable and the waiters walk out their way to locate a suitable desk for myfamily including two toddlers. Atmosphere is warm and earthy,very comfortable.

EXCELLENT place. Been returning here for a decade every year. Consuming their oxtail stew. Its absolutt incredible and usually at a topp regular. ( we have been both chef). Thanks once again. Should be the best in town .

Waited for a long period to become seated, not as the restaurant is complete. There were insufficient employees and all were as well busy to obvious the tables. Service regular definitely not there and may hear the personnel talking loudly to obtain their message across.

Lunch buffet food types include western, community and chinese. Good location for business casual lunch time, but food requirements dropped a little comparing to precovid period. Attentive service and employees will remind one to put on mask and placed on gloves when getting meals from the buffetspread

Support is terribly slow though it wasn’t busy. The meals is not well worth the wait around and money. To cover the bill, I furthermore had to wait due to malfunctions. The personnel are nice individuals though. The atmosphere will be pleasant.
