Visited three times. Excellent Chinese Malaysian cuisine, specifically seafood. It is possible to pick fresh types from the container. We chose shrimp (fast plunge in boiling drinking water) and rock seafood (steamed), and shell seafood. Also seafood mix fried smooth noodle. All tasty and affordable. Airconditioned and good assistance. Will certainly eat there once again when going to Kota Kinabalu.

I don't desire to be to hard with my evaluation but We ate here with my companion and whilst we got great service we ordered lots of seafood and shellfish including manta prawns that have been circa $15 each and were difficult to consume asthey were overcooked. A few of the shellfish has been also badly cooked as was extremely evident whenever we ate in another seafood eating place and the product quality was far greater. In order I said We don't desire to be to overly critical nevertheless we spent $ 100 and were definately not impressed by the standard of our meal also it was to expensive to be forgiving. We ate in another seafood cafe repeatedly throughout our remain which speaks because of its self. All critiques are right down to personal experience therefore regrettabIy I wouldn't come back.

The restaurant is situated in the center of town, close to the old colonial Jesselton Resort. It is relatively fresh and is small set alongside the many other old and much more established seafood dining places in KK. However the food is great and service quick. Ithas, in a brief time, become among the much better known seafood dining places and isn't half as crowded because the bigger restaurants.

Came here for supper on our first night time in Kk. All 13 folks came out satisfied. Service was extremely fast, servers were very attentive. Managers recommendation were i'm all over this, the food tasted excellent. The seafood were really fresh especially the seafood. Clam soup wasgreat. Price was okay. It had been comensurate with the grade of food and support. Niether cheap nor costly. Strongly suggested when on a trip to KK.

DO NOT move there!!! They're short on excess weight for EVERYTHING. And when you inquire, the boss will attempt to kick you out! Unbelievable! Don’t proceed there! If you would like seafood, head to night grocery store and cope with local honest individuals. This little mantisshrimp is call known as “0.5 kg” and costs 140 RM, even with discount it’s still 120 RM. at other cafe it costs no more than 50RM.

First night inside Kota Kinabalu we made a decision to have a seafood dinner inside JETI RESTAURANT. The girl boss was very pushy in insistent that people order a few of the even more exotic seafood. Needless to say, it includes a higher price. Stood our floor andinstead we purchased the seafood tau foo Rm38.00 and beef hor fun Rm16.00. Directly after we will be the seafood tau foo we obtained a shock of the mediocre dish. Counted just 5 small shrimps plus some chopped squid. Definitely not the standard of food that fits the purchase price. Exorbitant. Not ready to take any longer chances we made a decision to cancel another food. Since it had not been cooked however after checking with your kitchen. Certainly a rip off location certainly about it. So avoid this restaurant and obtain better value meals from the nearer by popular seafood restaurant.

Absolutely won't return. Asked the boss woman for recommendations - couldn’t provide any. Everything was okay she said. Fine, wanted to purchase egg tarts for the flight back again (we asked each day before our airline flight) - came bearing excuses they probably wouldn’t makeit with time and went about a long rant about how exactly it’s not they dont need our company.. and on and on and on and stated that they don’t would like us to create it back again and by enough time we reach our location, it wouldn’t be good anymore and don’t need their restaurant’s status to be tarnished.. certainly it’s the clients prerogative to choose what they want related to the food they purchased.. and WHAT popularity is left following this encounter we had..?? A truly terrible one. Will not return. Thanks, but no thanks a lot.

This restaurant is conveniently located at the entrance of the “Chinatown” of Kota Kinabalu. Its specialized will be seafood with Chinese-design cooking food. The prawns and crabs have become tasty. The steamed grouper (meats only, not the complete fish) can be very delicious, yet not followingthe conventional method of cooking... The cafe was selected by our nearby tour manual, and it’s indeed a fantastic choice!
