15.7.22 After visting TARC UC, wished to have lunch time nearby & to hold back for the Fri jam to very clear.Therefore, finished up at Kingfisher area & interact the group at Happy Restaurant. Purchased 2 Lou Da Mee & Fried wet noodle.I actually was surprised that all of the rice & noodle dished this location has...Order was quick & cooking is even more quickly, all our meals were delivered quite quick!It had been a good spot to dine, foods were tasty & with correct amount of meats & other condiments. Will get back to try other dishes. 4.5

Food is tasted great. The portion is fairly small for me. In fact it is a little bit pricy. The environment there's ok. Spacious and thoroughly clean. Overall still OK.
