Layanan teruk. Saya oder eliminate dan saya akun untuk tunggu 30min. Selepas lebih 30 min saya tanya di kaunter "oder saya sudah ada?" Dgn nada yg sopan. Dua kali sy ulang sebab sy ingat dia tak dengar. Dia tengok ja saya after that disregard. Saya tak kesah lambat tapi kalau sudah provider macam tu memang frustrating gila la. Cuba la jawab "sebentar ya" bukan mati pun.
