It pains myself to possess to write an assessment like this when i am usually in a position to look for a silver lining somewhere. Alas, there is none found at the Peacock Backyard. We were several three; we arrived and had been presented withmenus. Whenever we placed our purchase we were informed they didn't have the laundry that people wanted and were working on a lower life expectancy menu. That has been fine. This new menus was created (an A4 side of amount correlating to the menus). We submitted our revised purchase and then have the waitress come back and explain that 2 of the 3 meals were off. We attempted again. She returned just as before to inform us that certain of our (now 3rd choice meals from an currently revised choice) was off. Actually, she informed us to purchase the vegetable springtime rolls which we duly do. Yes, she must have left circular about now. The meals arrived piecemeal and the yellowish curry has been, by anyone's standards, the tiniest portion I have actually seen be offered at any restaurant. Are you aware that spring rolls, We tucked in mere to find they were crab springtime rolls and I can't stand seafood (thank heavens I'm not shell seafood allergic). We were excellent throughout and valued that hawaii of the kitchen had not been the waitresses' fault. Nevertheless, when we refused to cover the seafood springtime rolls (which we'd not ordered and may not really eat) she was extremely amazed and claimed that wouldn't normally be possible; that people HAD to have a replacement dish. (Relatively laughable at this stage as they didn't possess any dishes to provide). Anyway, unless a significant overhaul is undertaken I'd positively warn travelers from right here. If you reach this aspect in the review after that take my suggestions and head to El Centro around; the food is excellent, the service is expert and you won't be worried about what you're becoming offered. Kota Kinabalu is preferable to this restaurant.
