Great, refreshing seafood and good assistance. No crowds as few people know it really is right here. 2nd flooring of Plaza shell developing. We ordered steamed seafood, scallops in lovely and spicy sauce (reward - was included with fried mantou), garlic fried rice, Sabah veggie, and on top of that, gentle shell crab. All meals were excellent and affordable. Better still than welcome seafood no tourists too.
