Restaurant has been practically empty- 3 additional tables - whenever we ordered. When our foods came we had been the only real ones left but nonetheless they forgot among our orders. They prepared it pretty quickly, it had been greasy and uncooked! The number & quality ofthe food didn't reflect the price.

The Japanese restaurant is quite comfy and we love the fantastic sea view. The part of the food is Okay and the taste could be better. The price will be on higher side.

I came through the morning program which function dimsum. Overall it had been ok, even though price was just a little higher. I will keep coming back again.

Great ambience with the proper level of lighting. Serves food with top quality, but pricey, needless to say. Suggested Nagisa Maki, Grilled Scallop and Salmon Sashimi. And yes, they provide wine.

We came for lunch time. Buffet. Porkless dim sum had not been delicious and those that are not really used to it could want to move. Buffet had little selection and idea is confused or complicated. Staff excellent. Lunch concept as of this place takes a re jig.

Been here often and the service gets worse only 3 employees to serve dinner clients , 10 tables about 40 pax , simply can’t deal with the crowd , meals is slow . This is simply not everything you expect from Hyatt

We went with close friends and all enjoyed their foods, which we selected from the 'set meal' choices. I especially enjoyed the salmon. Great service and reasonable costs too. Would recommend.

Residing at the Hyatt assisted here...but we ate here two times this visit. Assistance was great; non intrusive but helpful. Definitely not cheap eating, but, the standard of food was excellent. The Tuna, Salmon and butterfish within the sashimi purchase were melt in the mouth area.Will be again next visit to KK

We found this Japanese eating place inside the Hyatt Regency to become a waste of money and time. The meals was mediocre (at greatest) and terribly overpriced. Support was terribly gradual and staff usually do not appear to have much understanding of Japanese cuisine nor perform theyseem to treatment - that is a huge disappointment, given the quantity of Japanese and Korean vacationers that the Hyatt views! What was detailed on the menus as "mentaiko" (a delicacy in Japan) was in fact a cod-roe and mayonnaise blend from the tube. Pointing this out to the personnel, he shrugged and didn't appear to understand (or treatment) just what a grave mislabeling this is.
