The chef visited great lengths to make sure there is no dairy in the meal. It had been quite a show once the steak was prepared. The classes just kept coming. Superb food and service.

After waiting to get a nice teppanyaki as our yesterday evening meal as a particular treat we were still left absolutely speechless once the just thing we got from the chef was how can you want your stake We said medium please then put mywife’s salmon on after that my stake threw on quite a few vegetables and produced probably the most expensive tasteless food I’ve had in every my travels all over the world devoid of another word ,we sensed it was an extremely poor reflection on Shangrila’s good name ,a sorry end to the hi light source of our holiday

Both of us ordered steaks, these were excellent. The knowledge was let down relatively by the chef not really interacting really, probably he was not self-confident in English tho therefore not worthy of complaining about. We'd a uncommon steak and a done well, both were prepared toperfection. The vegetables had been very tasty. I'd have expected the jasmine tea to be loose leaf tea rather than a tea handbag, that has been a shame. Alcohol is expensive.
