Outdoor dining areas require fans to help keep paying customers feel safe and happy. Tried to utilize the available stand enthusiast nearby but the employees said the fan is usually for the chefs. Not good experience.

Food is average. Have no idea why you'll get chili sweet sauce (much like Maggi or Kimball degree) to set w the noodle. Location is kinda filthy. They have a large open up pot stewing the beef outside without include. And it's really expensive for a a long way away place.
