First, i want to say we enjoy the food right here. The thing is that the personnel cannot seem to provide what we purchase. Today was the ultimate disappointment. We ordered a similar thing we always purchase and the waiter cannot understand even though wepointed out the things on the menus (and the menus has images!). He didn't realize our purchase in English, Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin. Then your supervisor keyed in the incorrect table so needless to say we got somebody else's order. After that we told the supervisor what we ordered. Nevertheless, they couldn't obtain us what we questioned for. The supervisor delivered one item that people didn't purchase and out of pity we got it and described that we nevertheless wanted what we initially ordered. They couldn't also remember that we purchased tea! We obtained one plate of food and they ignored us; that was infuriating since we had been nice and understanding the complete time. You don't need to be best if you work in a eating place, but getting incompetent is often a drawback. There exists a 2nd Gam Tong in Imago which has good employees and the food is excellent. Go there and do not waste your time as of this frustrating place.
