After being in Kota Bharu 18years ago, we returned and incredibly disappointed to see not merely the night time market venue had shifted but also decreased in proportions and severely lacking the vibrant atmosphere that managed to get so special. You may still find several stallsaround selling usual regional fare and at the very least we could actually have our lengthy awaited murtabak pisang (banana murtabak). That didn't disappoint and was happy to view it was still probably the most popular stalls. Few places to sit and eat if you don't buy food or beverages from the places below cover with seating. Generally an okay place, but wouldn't be rushing to return.

What i love concerning this location is that you get food ala eliminate but you may eat at thenearby stall free of charge; the bowls, forks, spoons and plain water can be found to use. It is possible to order drinks in one of who owns the stalls.
