Having Lunch time here with our friends on 8/12/2020 the meals was good however the staff were thus rude specifically an Indian woman waitress pretty kurang ajar since all of us were entering the store using the temperature rudely and exactly what not...please take notice and activity ya if the administration was good you need to trained your staff even more what a shame..We have been dine in key recipe restaurant all around the KL and Selangor this is my first experience coping with this kind of mindset in your franchise and for the waitress in the event that you taknak kerja give another person una (kerja macam taknak kerja) huh...again we completely dissapointed..another waitress i salute because of their professionalism and what not. Thanks

I actually ordered for Golden crispy poultry chop. When I slice the chicken I could see black spots inside it. I thought it had been just a little only. SINCE I HAVE was very starving I tried continue consuming eat. Then just I realised whole poultry it’s a vintage chicken. A lot more parts inside it was dark in color as in the initial pictures u can easily see. EASILY ordered black pepper poultry i quickly would understand it’s will be pepper. But it’s not really pepper chicken considered older poultry frozen fried n directed at the customer. The next picture certainly u can easily see the tomato provides many black i'm all over this it n it’s spoiled, still they would rather server the client. My vanilla mocha beverage looks gud however the flavor horrible no sugar at all. Just blended ice cube I could feel when I beverage. Terrible service n a lot more gud luck because of this type of Magic formula Recipe branches to most probably who don’t value customer’s health. No problem in providing quality foods at all..

I placed an purchase in the Apps and I actually hv mistake on the shipping date . So I contact and realized that amount is misplaced another person. How ever I get in touch with Parade wall plug and she contact the GM supervisor to get hold of me. She do and incredibly helpful. I really thankful to the supervisor Rehan.

We ordered from Grabfood, the part is one bite part and the meals is so cool!! The food tastes actually awful and cost me rm14. all the best forget about secret recipe
