the charsiew was too fat not proportion only small meat. It's great if u love body fat charsiew. the duck had been good however, not impressive. Part was wonderful. It's considered average regular compare to additional eateries selling exactly the same. Sadly the boss had not been strict on SOP getting the mask under chin and held talking to clients when chopping and slicing. Stall had not been covered too therefore hygiene is questionable.
