layanan yang sangat teruk dari employees.. hari ini 20/06/2021 purchase on9 estimate 1.30 collect.. 1.20 sampai terus ke kaunter tanya tapi personnel bagitau belum siap.. berdiri depan kaunter sampai 2.00 pm.. tanya blk employees, rupanya dh siap lama purchase ada atas meja, sorang staff members pun tak peduli purchase tersebut dan saya berdiri tidak berganjak dr depan kaunter tersebut.. tiada kata maaf dr personnel.. saya betul2 terkilan dengan layanan yg diberikan.. sudah complaint di HQ, tetapi tiada panggilan kembali dr supervisor shop seperti yg diberitahu oleh pihak HQ.. cukup sekadar perkataan maaf.. tak perlu ganti balik pizza yang saya dpt yg sudah sejuk.. #pelanggan yang sangat terkilan dengan pekerja yang tidak ikhlas bekerja

Very poor service from the staff !! 31/10/2021, I ordered on the internet, estimate 1.45 pm to get. I stood while watching counter until 2.27 pm, nobody bothered to be sure of my order ! Racist personnel actually ! Me and a Chinese aunty behind me waited such a long time ! Nobody bothered to inquire us or check up on our orders! Others who arrived after me were offered right away! It's unfortunate to see these types of Malaysians. We state we have been 'Satu Malaysia' but nonetheless we have been not treated correct. I love this country however, many of the people listed below are not really welcoming at all. It's unfortunate and disappointing to notice this kind of therapy in this era. In all honesty, you deserve 0 celebrities but its fair sufficient that I give 1 star because finally there was one individual who examined on my order that was apparently prepared. The order was up for grabs for a long period, even the employees didn't value the order. Nevertheless, she do apologize for this and was sincere. Therefore, I'll give 1 superstar to her. #customer who's very upset with workers that are not sincere within their work
