customer service out there .. tak mesra pelanggan.. tak perasan nama siapa tapi dia perempuan baju hitam, as cashier.. cakap dengan nada perli dan nada tinggi... langsung tak beradab dengan client.. setakat SR branch yg pernah pergi.. this is actually the worst service actually.. not recommend..

Dinning within here for the next time and their program is indeed applaudable. Their high quality and display of the laundry and their friendly personnel made the knowledge comfortable. Adding to that, the small notice composed on the plate by themselves initiative simply brightens up my time.

tadi i pegi key recipe shop sini, teruk gila assistance. yg pekerja baju hitam, cakap kurang ajar, nak tegur org, nak halau suruh org duk kat lain, pastu cakap kuat2 mcm org ni budak2. macam mana u boleh employ org macam ni? i beli kek untuk birthday celebration, tak sempat nk suruh tulis nama dh bungkus terus! haih menyesal betulll pergi sini!!!! teruk memalukan!! tak professional!!

Staffs were quite attentive. I purchased the cakes and tarts and iced cafe latte. Everything is tasty and well served.We read all of the bad reviews concerning this location. I am uncertain maybe the rude personnel was fired? I'm fortunate not really having to handle any rude employees as mentioned in the last reviews.

Dah beberapa kali beli kek dari key recipe mesra mall, dan didapati tulisan desire di atas kek memang mengecewakan. Tulisan hodoh, besar dan tidak kemas. Kek yang cantik menjadi hodoh. Jauh beza dengan tulisan dari SC di Kuala Terengganu. Ramai di kalangan rakan² pun cakap hal yang sama. Harap SR Mesra Mall menetapkan regular penulisan atas kek setanding dengan imej key recipe.

Well I've read and heard about many horror tales of Secret Recipe online therefore i was a little hesitant to enter this eating place.The Mesara Mall in Kuala Terengganu doesn't have that many selections for sit in food restaurants in addition to the food court, Pizza Hut and Nando's so made a decision to test it out for.You need to QR program code scan to see the cafe on your own phone and as soon as you have made your decision call the staff to place the purchase.A lot of friendly staff to greatly help and the meals came really quickly.We was shocked. First of all, the Seafood and Chips part was huge. Second of all, the taste was excellent... Really great food.The issue was I was too full... Haha and may not purchase dessert this time. That they had so many excellent cakes on display I'll definitely be returning soon..You can find so many airport parking spaces outside therefore don’t worry for this place...
