We had an excellent experience inside Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur. Many thanks for putting so significantly efforts for my three years old birthday celebration boy with lovely hands drawing & hand writing cards for him ( special because of Jessica with this )

Supposed to be the kids helpful hotel but Ritz Golf club is a room with television, broken toys and tale books. No children toiletries like additional Ritz Carlton would supply.

We stayed for the Honeymoon. From when we checked in to the Club Suite, it had been incredible. Our butler Shohag had been incredible! He decorated the area with roses and swans, it had been super exclusive!! In the Golf club lounge we were dealt with like royalty, the support was first rate! Rasel especially was therefore helpful and polite. Specific mention to all or any the employees and chefs in the Golf club Lounge, it was amazing! Our stay was produced even more particular by The Concierge Panya Devi, she also amazed us with personalised chocolates, notes and an enchanting bubble bath on our yesterday evening! Loved the resort, the service managed to get excellent. Cant wait to go to once again. Mr and Mrs Wade.
