Really had awful experience here. proceeded to go there for the very first time. Food are usually in inadequate condition. Some section of chicken aren't very gentle to chew, the tofu appears prepared for very long time before offered, the sauce a little slimy. I eat CRS which is definitely not ready. Not forgetting the employees, the robot foods deliver stuck and consumer need to manually obtain it from the robot. Make sure you have more staffs and handle the food quality

Crazy betul , walk inside untuk dine inside , staff bagitahu Kena tunggu 40min ???? Macam tak nak layan consumer nak halau je? Macamana bukan complete house & peak hrs pun Kena tunggu 40min ? Kalau tak nak layan client tutup jer kedai ! Poor service

14/9/2022 the initial and most likely the last period this outlet dissatisfied me and our whole loved ones. We waited at the entry to end up being seated. The cashier didn't attend us. We visited the cashier after looking forward to very sometime. Informed him that people have 9 people, will there be any tables for all of us. The cashier informed us to sit down at a six individuals table. And simply pointed us the desk using his eye and lips. We well informed the crew that it wont suit us and we requested for a few assistance. We asked assist from 3 crew every one of them overlooked us. So we made a decision to combine 1 desk to the prior table he showed directly after we obtained no help. The cashier then found us and threw a menus to us, rolled his eye and left. Bad assistance and attitude. We purchase service taxes but this is actually the program supplied to us. I could understand if the crew has been tired but to toss the menus and rolled his eye and left had been beyond tolerable. Never coming back to the horrible place.

Tutup terus je lah senang.. low quality food (obviously) and bad table services. staff major2 je banyak.. itu supervisor pun serupa mati juga.. patut ke wantan mee kicap colour pucat? then itu poultry suka2 modified with very own recipe.. worst!

The staf quite rude!. Duduk meja blkg sembang gelak gelak. I datang dengan meja tak kemas dorang tengok kan je. Hanya sorang je staf yang i tengok buat kerja. Duduk dkt 20minit sorang pun takdtg kemas & ambik menu. Final dtg chicken rice store sini.
