Zero sink, squeeky beds, expensive food, non-English communicating waiters (leading to service delays), no bath, bad toilet (zero flush).

room - stayed at backyard panorama. i don't brain old facilities however the room & toilet so filthy. the bath mat complete with curly hair. the bedsheet & pillowcase like never ever change. no shower & damaged toilet flush. the are usually mattress for 9 pax but onlygave 5 towels. food - not that great service - there is a lady (manager or even something) very rude and arrogant

This Resort not merely have restaurant, likewise have accommodation, can appeal to seminars, team buildings, along with other events. We spent 2D1N here, our group associate occupied at Rumbia area. (other team member remain at: Teratai/Ledang/Panaroma/Mawar room) Pros 1. Very fresh air 2. A lot of Greenaround this resort 3. Back again to nature (cellular phone coverage is bound) Cons 1. Poor upkeep on room, very dirty 2. Washroom no simple facility e.g... zero warm water, shower head no longer working ... 3. Restaurant vegetarian menu is bound. 4. The restaurant employees and resort personnel are friendly but bad English

Simply no air conditional, no bath, no sink, mattress sheet & pillow situation are dusty and mold, several ant and insects on to the floor, only 1 tv channel accessible.The price aren't worthy for the meals and service. Even though surrounding are great but still... Notrecommended.
