10am -10.57am, lights and fans jogging but NO STAFF around the corner.10.58am, one employees starts manning leading desk. I asked easily could location a takeaway purchase and he said keep coming back at 11.00am..wow! Doesn't Vivo operate from 10am to 10pm on weekends? Certainly not really this branch though.We was the first ever to place an purchase and made transaction. Thereafter there were additional takeaway and eating in customers as well.To our surprise, the takeaway consumer after me received his order very first and also the dining in clients obtained their orders before me.The staff manning the counter said he was the supervisor and kept telling that my order will be ready shortly but did not give a satisfactory answer as to the reasons other customers obtained their food first despite me placing my order way sooner than them! Appears to me that concern is directed at dining in customers! Therefore called Manager didn't also apologise when handing over my purchase. Definitely will not be patronising this shop once again!

one of the best eating place till yesterday. can state on a monthly basis i will go no less than three times. i spent a whole lot every time too despite of one's food became incredibly pricey. but yesterday we went with my close friends and two kids. evidently the waiter (Indian man) was really rude and the supervisor or possibly the supervisor (Malay man) also same. few ppl in the restaurant (4/5 only occupied), however they look like wanna chase us out quick. i proceeded to go there to speak to my pal and ordered food price about RM200. i find the nearly all behind table for privacy. but my 4YO child went and clean their glass just close to our table with wet tissue pretending she had been washing, and the waiter actually came to me rather than saying nicely my girl cannot do this, HE SAID "DIA Major LAP ITU CERMIN LEPAS TU NANTI SIAPA NAK LAP SEMULA YOU KE I". and we said sorry and halted her immediately. she just a child. 10 min afterwards the manager/supervisor suddenly found me with the costs when no-one is asking. i compensated and left. when analyzing your F&B company, pls consider that customer support comes very first before your meal price and taste.

Value for money. Got the mushroom cheese poultry baked rice, but discover the rice inside watery. Wish its a one off, i had an excellent expertise at the vivo wall plug i attempted in paradigm mall
