Letter vs spirit of the LawSuch a posh and properly decorated restaurant should provide better service to complement upward with the theme of the eating place. Food is only area of the ingredient which makes meals memorable and pleasant.Once we explore Paradigm Mall, we were amazed by the quantity of dining places it offered and after a lot searching and deliberation we chose Vivo United states Pizza due to the foods offered. It can look amazing.We sat and ordered several dishes. While looking forward to our food, my partner and my son returned to become listed on us. My son are not sure of great food yet therefore he preferred his preferred, McDonald's.The other of the employees insisted and rudely reveal that no outside meals is allowed. When I pleaded for excuse since i have have already location orders for my additional children, he explained that might be unfair for some other clients.We wonder, what he could be implying by making this type of decision. He is generating my son from the restaurant, separate my children, deprived my son of consuming or basically asking most of us to depart.We have no option but to driven away of a restaurant, first-time in my own life. I wonder easily earned milk for my youthful son, would it furthermore be consider outside foods.It will always be sad to possess staff which are careless within handling legitimate consumer. As a patron, I really was embarrassed as I turn into a center point in the cafe. As a customer, I'm indignant by such bad treatment.I am hoping the management could make some hard work to observe these review concerning bad service when i am not the first ever to make this kind of comment. Cosy spot to have supper. We prefers seating aside from the window. Not really much table occupied whenever we arrived. The menus are usually extensively Malaysian, western, Italian and a little mixture of Chinese as well. Their juices tastes great too.

Five cheese was garbage, not a foundation pizza sauce onto it and meagre dollops of cream cheese (not feta). Smoked salmon pasta has been dry and little shredded parts with a generic melted sliced cheddar flavor (repeated sauce with creamy mushroom pasta). The worst, no iced water (significantly? Even though it's in the menus for RM1) then personnel asked if we want it changed with mineral drinking water (without saying the purchase price: RM3.90). Surprise~ the mineral water was included with a mug of ice. At this kind of prices (overall 124RM) and underwhelming taste, only crazies will be repeat customers of this outlet. Visited around 1.30-2pm.
