I have already been in 2 different Tony Roma's in JB and both have same high quality and service. Grilled meat always superb. Good place for family members and Tony staff constantly kindly with my child. Furthermore sandwich and burger are usually great with reasonable price. I take advantage of goto Tony when We dont have time and energy to decide location where have an excellent meal.

As we go to Johor regularly and keep very near Komtar JBCC we've taken foods at Tony Roma's several times and been content with the meals and service. However this time around after shopping at JBCC we walked set for an dinner,we ordered a steak meal, fish and chips and a Wagu burger. The steak was slim and hard to the stage of getting inedible, my partner gave up looking for the seafood in the very solid batter and remaining her dinner the Wagu burger has been OK. Actually disappointed with the grade of the food and just about all agreed that the meals court is a much better option and less expensive. Won't go again.

Terrible service, food served without presenting folk , knife and spoon, tissue etc can't get any kind of waiter or waitress to serve all of us , finally, made a decision to walk to the cashier and obtain them to serve. Wait around before food cold. Steak is terrible too, coldand tasteless....

On the 2nd flooring of komtar.. decent dimension steakhouse.. purchased ribeye and shrimp.. the moderate done ribeye will be tough and nearly unchewable for certain section of the steak.. in-home sauces were excellent..shrimp have a distinctive taste i am uncertain what batter TR usebut its great to flavor new flavours.. Overall it really is abit pricey if when compared to high quality of the steak assist which in my own honest opinion is merely average.. *only right after patronising that i realise the outlet isn't halal Certified..enquire along with the staff plus they assure us it really is halal but may not come back till its halal qualified or even up its standard associated with food*

I was shock they serves "Halal Foods" therefore i pay then a Stop by at purchase a mouth-watering lamb for My Muslim Buddy. Sabrina and Jeff really deserves the commendation for his or her excellent services. Sabrina presents me something to beverage while looking forward to my Orders...whileJeff place a little on his encounter and welcomes me inside.. Highly recommended for all those individuals who loves grilled food and for My Muslim Siblings too.. Keep writing Guys...

Service have to be improved. We were proven to our table however when we requested for a desk that has been just empty but have to be cleared, the service employees said it's been reserved. So, we good with that. What we weren't finewas when another household requested for a changed for desk, they gave the desk that has been supposedly reserved. What's that for! Food were just common for this expensive meal.

Ordered for 3 in order to feed 5. The portions are huge! My moms and dads would are more utilized to asian foods thoroughly enjoyed food and said each goes back again by themselves. Hence, this evaluation should deserve a 5 or even for the services. The staffare helpful and polite, it’s simply the overall program. It took them quite a long time to obtain us our cutlery since they ran out of clear types, they couldn’t explain basic questions on the menus. They just need even more training.

Continued the 11 July . Location was very busy . Following a hot time of walking i obtain a coke cola whilst having a seat prior to making an purchase . I told the personnel AJ i want a coke to quench my thirstfirst . AJ without hesitatian , delivered a coke for me personally first understanding my sensation . Thats provider from the center by AJ. We ordered lamb ribs and prawans . The Lamb ribs had been very excellant . The prawn has been tastless probably they buy strong frozen prawns have to inform supplier concerning the tastless prawns . The salad had been very refreshing and the condiments had been very nice. General had an Excellant dinner and support. Eventhough the cafe was super busy in those days.

Very slow service , cost is a lot higher now, forget about kids meals, forget about colouring papers for children, NO MORE Loaf of bread AND BUTTER, portions are smaller sized. So Sad.no not really in my own jb list for upcoming visits
