Excellent freshly designed to order sushi! This eating place is on level 2 of the retail center. There are choices to sit outside on the terrace or inside. I came across the terrace even more interesting for folks watching. Limitless refills of cold natural tea- suggested in theheat! Sushi had been freshly designed to order for me personally and service was extremely swift. Can’t fault the sushi - absolutely delicious and certainly fresh! I’ll be returning.

Terrible services. Employees really enjoying singing Malay tune in the melody Ang talk very loud. I was thinking am I enter to Sushi Zanmai or foods court?

Sushi Zanmai was previously only obtainable in Kuala Lumpur and lastly they will have opened another store for Singaporeans and their locals. The Japanese food here's very fresh and the exterior seating where one can enjoy of eating within an open space with yourown privacy can be an experience to be cherished! The sweet sauce is my favourite condiment here and I really like deploying it for dipping into my sushi.The chuka chinmi is indeed fresh and love the taste of these food!Recommend this simply because it is way better than Sushi Tei in my opinion.

Been here twice, meals is better in comparison to japanese fastfoods in Paradigm. Will attempt other dishes the next time ☺️ still plenty of choices within their menu.

Ate there with my children whenever we visited Komtar There is absolutely no conveyor belt as of this branch, if that counts to you. Sushi took forever ahead. The rice fell aside too quickly and was a little warm and mushy. Seafood was fresh good enough butagain, seemed just a little overhandled. Getting eaten in Japan a lot, I must say it was not really what I anticipate of a sushi cafe and i was dissatisfied. The primary branch in KL has been several notches much better than this place. The gyu udon and oyako were ok. It nonetheless will get pretty crowded at food times so going outdoors normal meal periods is better.

The meals at Komtar outlet isn't as tasty because the one in Malacca. Garlic and fried bait seafood fried rice is as well smooth and gyoza is quite oily. Staffs are usually ok however, not very attentive.

The service was substandard. The way the supervisor (assumed he had been the supervisor cause he's in workplace attire) spoke will be impolite. It isn't about his attitude, however the phrases he used. He stated 'Come over right here' when he ushered us in. We're your client,not your friend. From then on we were introduced to the QR code ordering system, where we're able to scan the QR to put order. He mentioned something similar to 'it's easier for several of us'. And i believed...was it really troubling for you men to serve your visitors? So i sought out their Wi-Fi to make our order via QR. Do you know what? They don't offer free of charge Wi-Fi. Why are you currently expecting your clients to use their very own data for foods ordering? Unacceptable. And the meals service was slow. Your kitchen employees were happily chatting apart when our sushi had not been even served. Sushi Zanmai must intensify their game. Because it is a reputable brand will not mean it's alright to slack off. I'm usually an extremely 'cin cai' person with regards to service. But this location actually triggers me off.

I used ahead here very often as the food and provider was good. Today the meals is good however the support had been horrendous. I don't believe I will keep coming back today because of how lousy the waitress has been. The waitress got the most severe attitudeand would slam our meals down up for grabs. She barked at us and offered other tables almost all their food before ours. I've no idea what collection her off, we had been polite and didn't complain the complete time. Regardless be careful going here. Not at all a pleasant experience.

Food is great & cheap because of its class. And program we experienced was clean and reliable. I’m not a enthusiast though of the toro sushi I purchased. I believe it had better high quality whenever we had it 24 months ago.

We ate here at the start of October 2019 throughout a two evening stopover in JB. The meals was average, nothing at all to raise your voice about. The assistance was OK.
