I actually made an booking from agoda houses, suasana lifestyles suites by keystone. Please make sure you don’t guide from her. First of all, Customer service was so very bad. I questioned her weeks earlier concerning the availability to check on in earlier and she explained that she'll update me on your day itself but there is absolutely no improvements.That day, I informed her that i've already reached JB around 2pm ( sign in suppose to be 3pm) and asked her if the area is prepared for me to check on in earlier and she replied me rudely telling me that i will tell her earlier easily want to sign in. Err She will be the one who overlook to upgrade me on the availability and i’m the main one who obtain scolded wow!Nevermind, i sign in on 3pm , normal sign in timing lol . plenty of time and energy to clean the residence but i still got the shock of my entire life yea when i enter the home. The very first thing i noticed was fake eyelashes trapped on that massive wall mirror. The bathroom . look so unkempt. Little shampoo bottle ( hotel type) had been halfway utilized. there’s a “shein sticker tag” pasted close to the doorway hinge . There’s plenty of stains and Curly hair on the bed. I don’t mind easily can’t check in earlier but her house cleaniness is really a BIG Simply no! I msged her easily can transform room or AT THE VERY LEAST have you to definitely clean the home politely yea but needless to say she didn’t replied me.HAHA She did msged me tho on the final time on thencheck out processes and thats all lol.

Housekeeping have to improve a little.Its pity viewing the staff employed in hot environment making use of their coats , sometime esp with evening because the management aircon has been shut down, wish the owner consider this issue and please worth your staff.

Located near Town Square and spacious space. However, the beds/chairs/sofa/bedsheets had been severely stained and there is even a bloodstream stain on the bathroom . bowl (with a stained pad in the bin that was not really removed during washing before check-in). Smoking cigarettes were found rather than removed during cleaning as well. Think twice before selecting this as your staycation.

Nice spot to stay. Hyperlink with Zenith & Amari. Several shopping ctr close by, eg JBCC Komtar, Town Square JB, Galleria Kotaraya. The propeety have to maintain the facilities.

Hotel is situated directly opposite Johor Town Square Mall and located directly over zenith lifestyle mall (just haidilao, 7 eleven and Toast Container is operational).Great location - only five minutes walk to town square/komtar JBCC, ten minutes by taxi/get to KSL town mall.Rooms are usually big, spacious and cozy. Bed is company and comfortable aswell. However, rooms are displaying its age plus some items in the area are usually faulty. Soap dispenser will be faulty and entire body soap/shampoo had not been replenished. Some lighting stains on the sofa aswell. Other then these little issues which are usually neglectable, all is excellent.

Superb service regardless of the busy weekend because of school holidays. My 2nd time staying here plus they provided us a unit that was even better compared to the one we obtained previous. The staff was furthermore very accommodating whenever we asked to depart our luggages at the lobby. Congrats!
