Worst services. We've been sitting there a lot more than 20mins for just looking forward to the menu. The lady keep inquiring us to hold back then back again to the cashier perform nothing at all… we asked her two times but she actually is use her hands gesture request us to hold back. The place is 50percents seated however they can’t serve a lot more than that..

Understand the manpower crunch, but has been there around teatime and had been shocked most of the food items were sold-out, service has been a tad as well slow specifically the drinks, understand it had been a sunday and probably slammed with lunch time visitors certainly room for enhancement:)

"HAA NAK APA?"Its not my very first rodeo to call the shop first to obtain an infowhether the items I want can be acquired or not. After that I'll reserve it or move there to produce a purchase.But that is my first-time where I received fifty percent hearted therapy from Secret Recipe personnel. Actually I've called Magic formula Recipe Taman Universiti prior & these were very useful at informing they don't really have plenty of cake options. I called another nearest Secret Recipe store which is that one, 4 moments it proceeded to go unanswered. It had been around 2.47pm & I waited between calls in the event these were busy. Thankfully it had been picked up within my fifth attempt & the very first thing I had been greeted with has been "Haa.. Nak apa?"In the event I was wrong, We asked for confirmation that is Key Recipe Paradigm. Another brief half hearted "ya".We ignored it & check out ask if all of the cakes listed on the online website offered by their outlet. The individual answered me with once again half hearted mindset "Ya". I proceeded to guide a complete choc brulee cake. Then your person said it had been not available . THEREFORE I asked "Okay.. ada cake lain yang tak obtainable ke?" & the individual ckp "Tak. Semua cake ada."‍♀️ We asked fora entire salted macadamia cake. Once again I was informed that "takda".At this stage I was frustrated but I held it in, I tanya "boleh tak bagitau saya cake apa yang awak ada atau yg takda?". The individual ckp "Semua ada...." I was shut to burst at her therefore i quickly said I'll known as back later. And do you know what, my co-workers went there & they mentioned they received comparable half-hearted & rude treatment. These were so annoyed they were ready to head to Setia Tropika wall plug to get the cake instead of purchasing it as of this outlet.Please.. Maybe only few employees are like this nevertheless, you are usually ruining it for others. Actually, you're in food & services market. Don't take my expertise to label all of the staff right here as unfriendly/rude etc..

worst service We ever got from the eating place and the supervisor, the meals taste awful and chilly and We asked regarding sr advertising and the supervisor getting so rude for simply no reason by stating “i don’t know any thing about cake advertising on the sr apps. if it’s there after that it’s there” pardon me??
