V v poor support yet charge 10% services charge. Table of 9 lunch and we'd to justify ourselves to obtain small bowls, that is standard utensil in every Chinese restaurants. Only directly after we explained that people have ordered the premium meals iesuckling pig rm168 and Peking duck rm60 did they provide us a collection of bowls which we distribute ourselves. We'd to proceed and refill teapot with warm water ourselves throughout. Really rude as well. Tea was expensive as well. Rm4++/pax. They charged extra 20.8 to chop up the Peking duck too. Ive in no way heard about that.. couldnt think my ears. Chinese restaurants often chop up the duck free of charge. The premium is when they mix fry with noodles. Which wasn't stated in menus. There is no dim sum menus too. They just arrived at your table and present you what dim sum can be acquired, and you do not know about the price. Prawn cheong fun has been poor. Prawn fried beancurd roll had been stuffed with plenty of corn/veg too. Some other dishes were okay. Rm500 for 9pax.

Visited on Saturday lunch time, after opt to make our foods order, among the signature dishes unavailable. We opt to leave the area however our drink currently arrived. Service ought to be even more attentive and inform the guest when product was not obtainable. Bought our owntea which RM8.50 getting charged on the bill. Food high quality below expectation. Average high quality.
