Waitress cleaned the desk with detergent and wet towel, then immediately surely got to cooking area and put her fingertips in to the bowl and passed to clients. Hygiene is poor. I think should they cannot wash fingers, perhaps they can contain the bowl without placing fingers in to the bowl.

Food was very good, tried their shiro ramen, broth has great flavour. Major downside may be the service as of this place. Entire group of workers are like machines, nearly expressionless no friendliness to talk about. Don't really feel welcomed there at all and generally no service apart from bringing your meal to your table.

應該算是新山裡最好吃的拉麵店之一,最喜歡就是Specific Aka Ajitama Ramen,Tsuke Guys也很好吃. 唯一缺點就是員工態度時好時壞,但如果只是想吃拉麵那就不容錯過!

I love Shiro ramen and tori karaage quite definitely , they was excellent taste . But I'm quite sadly to heard they want to alter menu in future...

I have been at least 10 instances. The soup is the greatest. This ramen store is my favourite. Seems sad since it is Saturday night time but no some other clients. Please support them. Boy cannot finish his part, so good that I could finish the meals for him.
