    We elect to celebrate my husbands birthday celebration at Initial ( strongly suggested by my dancing instructor Pat and her hubby) we weren't disappointed it had been superb. I've a gluten intolerance that was completely understood by the chef and employees. I thoroughly loved the adaptations they produced especially for me . An extremely special evening indeed

    Japanese-European fusion great dining at Molek. Personally, i like it. I believe considering it getting in JB, the specifications are very great. I had their superior omakase @ 488++. I believe the amount of foods being served out because of this is quite a little. I was quite complete by the finish of it and I could usually eat a lot. My preferred dish of the night time has been the Hokkaido Hotate paired with caviar and amaebi. Overall I believe Initial's food are nicely executed and offers excellent value although wine checklist could be improved but that's not a big issue.

    Amazing culinary trip. Chef Koh and his group are doing an incredible work at using top quality ingredients, local items and fermenting their very own kombucha. Highly recommend to provide it a go... Especially the oyster.

    My boyfriend and We were searching for somewhere special to possess dinner, and found Initial. We were quite surprised to locate a fine dining cafe in JB.Our first-time dining at Initial after reading through about this location from social media.Actually enjoyed the starters, really clean and appetising with clean seafood.Our favourites meals were the oysters and scallops.Unique incorporation of Kombucha in to the classes.Mains were rather large but tasty.Pairing of Unagi and Foie Gras has been unique and complemented each other.Had rack of lamb in my own degustation for the night time, hope to get one of these beef dish the next time.Desserts were disappointing.Area for improvement inside the service personnel, especially in that fine dining environment. Cutlery ought to be changed after each training course, and clearer explanations necessary to introduce the laundry.Overall great experience with top quality food.

    I love the vibe of Preliminary. Foods were great, and creative. Personally, I'm not a enthusiast of kombucha, as a result wasn’t like a few programs with kombucha combinations. The solutions could certainly be improved in an excellent dining set-up, likely to be warmer :)

    My first omasake inside JB. The flavor is actually good with right complicated mixture of flavour which shock us. Though will be sgd$200+ per pax, think it is valuable for 12 program and the product quality.Liked the scallop dish best. Presented in a good glass protected jar with smoke cigarettes. The taste is exclusive with mixture of green apple company, basil/parsley essential oil, wasabi and cherry wooden smoke is infused in to the lotion based sauce.整体来说是很有心的料理 Strongly suggest others to try.I actually made reservation through messenger, and asked for the classes menu. Given down payment of rm200.
