Got a business enjoyment at Harvests Grill & Bar in Senibong Cove, Johor Bahru. Happy hour is definitely till 8.00pm with an excellent collection of draft beers and black stout. The staff was really friendly and cordial. Having been a normal consumer since Harvests first opened up, I don't feel content at all to create a negative review but i'm extremely disappointed along with the existing manager George. On several occasion I've found George to end up being dismissive, overbearing and plainRUDE. He could be charming on the telephone but in person does not have any intention of hearing or accommodating to his clients. We invested over rm1k for a birthday celebration supper at Harvests where he has been rude and didn't assist us to support our full celebration (despite reservations being produced) - rather proceeded to lecture us on covid19 and sociable distancing. We were completely alert to the SOP before arriving at the restaurant. He furthermore tried to eliminate our drinks before we'd finished before 10pm! And again tonite where we asked to be placed on a waiting checklist for 2 people at 6pm and this individual made dismissive 'shoo-ing' hands signals, refused to hear my request and explained to step aside. I am never entitled or even expect VIP treatment, however the poor attitude of the manager to normal paying customers is merely shocking.
