Require menu for that day time, specially prepared for the growing season, not on the standard menus. The chef is quite creative to serving unique recipes, not really found else where, particularly prepared by him.

Reservations designed for 7.30pm. Foods was just served at about 9.15pm. Waited for pretty much 1hr45mins to serve my 8 dishes ordered. Among ask the captain several times when my meals will undoubtedly be served, elderly and small kids waited quite longer al prepared. Shejust held replying in the manner, coming soon. But I saw 3 tables that came afterwards than had their foods being served. Issue the captain again after that say your kitchen got confusing. Now then can begin doing my dishes. 5-star charges but bad 5-star services. We still have to construct the plates, utensils ourselves and offer our very own tea. Still really wants to cost us for the peanuts & side dishes that they didn't function in the very first place. If can't manage the huge crowd with the prevailing manpower force, don't ingest some much guests or even reservations. Totally jeopardise & screw up my family's father's day celebration.... Just able to reach house at 10.30pm with older people and kids thus exhausted for a really unsatisfied meal.

Dropped in for lunch time. Ordered the Hoi Sum (Chinese ocean cucumber), brinjal, pork and single offer soup, with rice. Amazed that food not as well salty not too fairly sweet but similar to "home cooked" than almost all homes ie. Met the chef himself, Lee Chi Hwa,who provided me his cards and asked myself to call ahead, in the event it was their day time off or "bursting-at-seams" time. Was wondering where in fact the WAH came from. After having read a few of the review articles good n bad, my estimation falls best in the centre. Agree, 1) do not go on festive times (but that's when nearly all desire to go!) 2) Don't expect an excessive amount of and you will not be disappointed. 3) Prices not bad at all. If needed, (as the public service) much less an advert for them, you can call 07-232 7895 or 07-244 2876
