The service is very slow and there's no sense of urgency from the workers. And worst nevertheless, the manager can be extremely rude with the orders. Even with feedbacks on the poor and slow provider, he just provide a blurr appear. And its not really like there are several people...its that there are few seats obtainable in this big part restaurant space. Really lower the picture of mid valley and I'll never step in once again. Mid valley should think about closing down this branch.

Service staff was pretty slow and inefficient, took about one hour for boat noodles to end up being finally served. The staff didn't also consider the order slide properly and didn't serve that which was ordered. Ultimately when attempted to clarify that the purchase was still short, support staff simply ignored and continuing on.Food wise has been alright only, but will not catch the essence of Thai cuisine.

By 7pm, the majority of the items in the menu weren't available. That is even because of their brand-new boat noodles shown within their new menus.Cha yen was also unavailable.Just chicken boat noodles were accessible. However only small morsels of poultry for each part. I understand the idea of boat noodles however the chicken was hardly there.Ordered krapow chicken and the portion isn't justified for its cost of RM17. Also from the image, consider the rice served. Completely speechless.Purchase sheet given had their sangkaya crossed out there to denote that it’s unavailable. Nevertheless, we noticed two portions offered to a table whenever we were almost finished with our meal 15-20 mins later.
