My brother and We came here to possess some breakfast before getting into the nature reserve. Food has been disappointing - sausages flavourless, my fried egg have been so fried it had been like eating solid essential oil, and my brother's tuna sandwich arrived with only a little teaspoonof tuna on each fifty percent, stale bread, sufficient reason for big fingerprints inside it. They also had an electrical cut halfway through making our beverages, which although wasn't their fault, meant we couldn't get what we wanted. Staff didn't appear to care, and simply shrugged whenever we asked what options were available. Location was good, but next time I'd try another restaurant inside the same spot.

We tried 3 of the floating dining places at Kuala Tahan. Every one of them managed on the basic principle that you purchase and pay out at a counter and all got a variety of Malay and Western meals and usually Thai aswell. We enjoyed consuming on theriver and believed all restaurants provided a comparable level of service. We had supper around 7pm at the household Eating place and ordered two foods. One had been satay sticks with salad and dipping sauce. Another was kerabu with poultry pieces, cabbage, carrots along with other veggies in a lemongrass sauce. Both tasted great though serves were just a little little. We were a little dissatisfied in the desert of banana pancakes that have been just lukewarm and had simply seven or eight slices of banana at the top.

Quality of food common. Not too large choice. Very weak high quality beef, probably prepared both for junk food. Relativly good vegetables.
