poor website system... produced order through site and waited for one hour and fifty percent, order status remained unchanged and order isn't prepared!ultimately have to contact their hotline plus they told us the telephone number we type in was bad...?! (saying this often happens aswell)The staff after that say that they can check out with officer in control who'll later call back again to us.30 minutes later on no response from their website.We called again plus they said a similar thing. Keep us waiting around without delivering appropriate remedy whilst we cant cancel order instantly.Does PIZZA HUT possess this habit maintaining the customer looking forward to 2 hours (checking forever).

Order inside advanced for delivery from 630pm. Now 7.20pm even now not received my order yet. Known as the hotline twice, they mentioned will ask the shop manager to get hold of me but waited 30mins no response from the shop. And today still waiting, how to proceed.

Pizza quality disappointed no quality handle. Been ordering out of this outlet for a long time. Seriously the majority of the staff is not train to create pizzas and you will inform by the inconsistent toppings that is way to avoid it from the menu shown at the counter. Similarly in the event that you order a large Mac from McDonald's you do not get Ramly burger high quality right?? All I could say this outlet aren't operate by competent staff.

2x order thru shopeefood, dua dua tu jugak la missing item. Orang lapar jgn dibuat primary. Order mushroom soup dia bagi garlic bread. Contact cs, kata oulet akan contact balik. Haram la nak contact.

The wedges and fries in the combo were too burnt, apparently the staff didn't take the meals seriously, very disappointed.
