This is among the best curry noodle in Ipoh, which will come in either dry of soupy. This restaurant has been working since, at the very least, 40 years back plus they still serve exactly the same curry noodle. This location is regular by locals and it'salways pack on weekends. Be here early in order to avoid lengthy queue, nevertheless, the turnover is quite fast. Other after that curry noodle in addition they serve Chee Cheong enjoyable, lor mai Keai. The espresso is very ordinary.

Buy into the other evaluation - meaningremission when i often frequent this location for breakfast and lunch time. The curry and noodles etc are usually above typical in taste and part size. Has been constant for most decades....so shouldn't be let down. anticipate to waitfor a desk or take away.

Been hearing from lots of friends about this tasty curry noodle & finally made a decision to give this a go. Continued Sunday & the area was packed. Nevertheless being 2 folks we were able to join someone’s desk. Order was taken rapidly &we didn’t need to wait very lengthy for our food regardless of the group. The curry poultry was very tasty & curry soup was solid enough to opt for the noodles .., yum. A vintage gentleman prepares the noodles while his son manages the curry .... great teamwork! Price was sensible too ! After the curry, suggest to go several shops away for coffee & cakes .... nice cozy spot to cool down following the spices !!

Yee Fatt 's been around for about 60 years inside Ipoh. My grandmother released me to this location when I was kid. It's famous for the dried out curry noodles, where in fact the sauce is heavy and aromatic. This is exactly what my household and I usually havehere. The herbal tea with egg can be among Yee Fatt's signature items. Anticipate to wait through the weekends.

First of all, their dry curry noodles smelled awesome. You can odor it from the adjacent desk. I very liked the thought of having solid curry gravy grazing the noodles rather than the normal noodles drowning in a plate of soup. It was not really spicy, I feltthe flavour could possibly be stronger. The poultry pieces were mainly from the breasts and had been a bit dry. I'd not say it had been amazing, nonetheless it was definitely fine to eat. In addition they had 'koay teow' soup and 'yong tau fu'. We were holding pretty decent aswell. Tried the egg tea. It had been served at room temp. I anticipated it to flavor like 茶叶蛋 (Chinese Tea egg), nonetheless it did not. It had been similar to 'Leng Teh', so that it was more lovely than savoury. Very odd with an egg in a nice drink. I did so not manage to surface finish the egg since it was so weird! The place could possibly be quite cramped when full house and in the mornings, sunlight pierces through the blinds. It may be a problem if however you sit facing sunlight. However, this is a good place for breakfast in the event that you fancy quite a few spice each morning!
